Welcome Care Services is a community centric disability and in-home care services provider. Our focus is on achieving participant satisfaction by identifying individual goals and us providing appropriate supports to achieve those goals. Our staff are essential to achieving participant satisfaction. Staff are well trained, experienced and well supported to do their job well so as to achieve best outcomes for participants.

Our general home care services are tailored to meet the unique needs of everyone we serve. From meal preparation to medication management, our compassionate caregivers provide personalized care to help seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Why we exist
We exist primarily to welcome NDIS participants, provide them safe, effective, high quality consistent and client centred supports, enabling them to achieve their goals.
To consult and collaborate with participants (and with the participant`s permission their family/guardian or advocate), Welcome Care Services Pty Ltd staff, other providers and health and government departments with the common goal of getting best outcomes for the participants and achieve participants’ satisfaction.
In doing so, we are guided by our vision, mission and values.
