Person Centered Care

The participant is central to the services we provide. Welcome Care Services Pty Ltd will collaborate with the participant. We listen and discuss with participants (and with the participant`s permission their family/guardian or advocate) in order to identify their culture, diversity, values and beliefs. The supports we offer will reflect this and are tailor made to assist participants to achieve their goals. This consultative process helps us establish how participants want supports to be provided.
