At Welcome Care Services, the supports we provide are tailor made to each individual's needs.  Each individual's goals are identified and our team will work with the participant  towards achieving those goals.

Throughout the support process, the participants' rights are upheld, their values and beliefs respected. Participants are supported to exercises choice and control.

Welcome Care Services will involve the participant (and with the participant`s permission their family/guardian or advocate as to how supports are to be provided.
