Through our support connection services, you will get support to better understand your NDIS plan. All questions you have about your NDIS plan will be answered as they arise. You will be supported to get the most out of your NDIS plan through connection to the broader community services and providers. During the process you will learn and increase your skills and confidence to independently manage and direct services within your plan.
